The price-performance ratio was good, the staff was very friendly and even if the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track, it is a quick drive to Saugatuck. And the pool was great!

The desk people were friendly and the room was very nice. The pool area was nice for the kids.
Not enough room for the free breakfast. And there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Location and the staff was very nice and responsive to our needs.
The place smelled and was damp and moldy. We changed rooms and it was not any better. .The price was minimally more than twice as expensive as it should be for the type of place it is and the condition it is in. There was rust in the bathroom. The air/ heater was horrible. Loud and either too cold or too hot. Just blew a moldy smell.

The hotel was in a good location, right off the interstate and close to the downtown area.
We paid $240 per night and the hotel and room were definitely NOT worth that price. I would expect higher quality at that price.

Location was good. Relatively close to some restaurants and the beaches in the area. Short drive to shopping & many more restaurants.
Bath towels were extremely thin and small (i.e. very cheap). Tissue box was never replaced by the cleaning staff. Desk staff was OK but not overly friendly or helpful. Overall, I expected more for the amount that we paid.
